Jane Martin's dreamy video stills evoke a timeless sense of otherworldliness, one feels one with the sensuousness of the undulating water and foam at the shore's edge. The Images are archival pigmented print mixed media mounted on wood and sealed with a lustrous glossy resin finish preserving the image as it's the most precious moment. The Immersion Series evokes the refreshing sense of water on the body even though the subject is not wet which is not wet making a surreal abstraction.
Karine Laval, Pool Series is a collection of amusing images of people enjoying the summer time. Cross processed cyan toned chromagenic prints. The color enhances the moment producing a high key effect.
Tulla Booth, seascapes of reflective water with waning horizons in the background. The images evoke a feeling of a summer days dreamy ending. Wandering clouds and rippling water give a romantic image of nature at it's best.
